Flossmoor’s newest sour from the barrel room. A base Leftorium blend aged in white wine barrels with a house wild yeast blend on pomegranates. Available at festivals and on tap at the brewpub. Essentially, a different variation to Flossmoor’s "De Wilde Zuidentrein" series.

Flossmoor knocked this offering out of the park. 1st sample while hanging out at the brewpub during their annual day before Dark Lord Day festivities. Great place and it was a sunny warm day so we were able to sample and sit outdoors and soak it all in. Very tart and sour with a heavy dark berry and tropical fruit thing happening. My favorite from the visit.
