Celebrating our 15th Anniversary this July 8th, 2011, we brewed this special Belgian inspired Trippel to commemorate the occassion. This golden ale exhuberates a nose of earthy spices mixed with a bouquet of fruit. A malty that finishes slightly dry is backed by a substantial 15% ABV, which is to celebrate our 15 years of dedication and devotion to harnessing the wonder that is beer!

57 at RB. Kinda surprises me. I thought they did an excellent job of taking a styke that despite the usual abv of 9-10% is a pretty delicate style...amping it up to 15%...and not losing that balance. Maybe the 22 months in the bottle has chilled things out, but it's spiciness and fruit bouuqet were excellent, and it in no way showed it's abv and was not overly sweet. Quite the treat.
