Sampled on 8/17/2011 at Beer Revolution. This wild/sour ale pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, tart, cheery and wood. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are cereal, fruity and tart. Hints of cherry and wood. The hops are earthy. Mild carbonation. Fruity, sweet and tart. Some sweetness emerges as it warms. Nice dry finish, tart and clean. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is tart.
