FireHouse Tiny Little Otis is a small beer brewed from the second runnings of our One Tun Imperial Stout O.T.I.S. The mash was allowed to sit overnight and sour just slightly. The resulting beer has just a hint of sour funk. It also has flavors of coffee, and a bit of chocolate. It finishes with a slight bitterness.
