Strong, malty aroma has a firm overtone of dry hops, rather like a good IPA. Pours a clear mahogany, quite appetizing, with a thick, fine-bubbled, rather persistent pale wheat head that leaves some good lacing. Flavor is quite hoppy, like an IPA, with malty, fruity and caramel notes rounding out the satisfying taste. Smooth texture has average body and plenty of fizz. Go ahead, hog one!
