Or "Under the Table", this Belgian Tripel starts with prominent but soft tropical fruit notes including guava & hints of subtle bubblegum esters from the Trappist style Belgian yeast. Clear dark golden color. Tropical fruit notes again announce themselves with the first sip. Soft bready pils malt ghostis in the background. Alcohol warming is present but mellow and doesn't dominate. Hint of light honeyed sweetness mid palate before mellow bitterness & dry finish take over. Dangerously drinkable.
