For our Birchnilla edition of Powerstave, we set this giant Imperial Stout down the river Styx resting in Bourbon barrels with yellow birch wood and Madagascar vanilla beans till it reached a harmonious balance of roasty Stout, fruity Bourbon, yellow cake, and vanilla.
