For our Baklava edition of Powerstave, we took our favorite Imperial Stout base, aged it in Bourbon barrels, then let it take a long rest on toasted pistachios, roasted cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and French grey sea salt till it found itself perfectly in balance, with delectables notes of cocoa dusted pistachios, vanilla soaked phyllo dough, and a mild salinity that keeps this Barrel Aged Stout…
