We aged a small batch of our wild sour ale for 8 months in Grenache barrels from the central coast of California. Floral notes from the wild ale yeast blend beautifully with subtle notes of raspberry, cranberry, and oak from the Grenache barrels to create a tart, delicate ale that is sure to please.
