A golden colored, yet strong & spicy flavored ale modeled after the Triple style beers brewed by the Trappist monks in Belgium. A strong hop flavor is also present in this beer. Much like our Belgian Abbey, the fruity esters and spicy flavors are derived from high temperature fermentation of the yeast. IBU – 37 Malt Varieties: Pale Malt, Caramel Malt Hop Varieties: Saaz, Styrian Golding
