Aroma is fruity, hoppy and woody - not at all sour, but wait for it. OK - sourness comes once you pour it into a glass. Pours a clear straw yellow with a fairly thick white head, not inspiring, but as the old saw goes, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Or a beer by its appearance. I’ve had great-tasting beers with meh appearances and disappointing beers that looked really good. Flavor is - whoa! This will make your entire face do calisthenics. Fruity, woody, and malty notes dance across the palate while the lemony sour tone dominates. Texture is firm, smooth, and fairly fizzy. Pucker up and enjoy this itsy bitsy teeny weeny sour bikini!

I had this beer at TØRST in Brooklyn, New York. This place is amazing as I have described in previous posts. Anyhow, this beer, a collaboration with Intangible Ales was outstanding. A low abv beer, this beer was funky and extremely effervescent and light. Almost had the mouthfeel of a champagne. I would love to get Evil Twin beers regularly - this one would be on the list if I could.
