Hey girl - just listening to you talk about how the CMY-1, CMY-5, and CMY-7 brettanomyces yeast, along with the Pale 2-row, Munich II, Oats, Wheat, and Honey malt, together with citrus peel and juice added at KO, followed by fresh zest with balanced citrussy hop characteristics at whirlpool - makes me wanna drink this beer just for you. All Brett pale ale brewed with citrus peel and with citrus juice added.

22 oz bottle. Pours clear straw gold with a medium creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass some.
The aroma is spicy, earthy brett and some tropical fruit.
The flavor is some earthy brett with musty hops and biscuity malt and very light fruit. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, the brett smell is great, but the flavor is musty and dirty. I was hoping for better brett and fruit.
