A beer to have when you want nothing. No flavor, no drama, aroma is lacking but it is yellow, wet and comes in a bottle that has some carbonation. A real crowd pleaser somewhere.

skunk skunk and more skunk. from a can no less. really what you'd expect but not what you'd hope for. a foul beer in nearly every way - no need to revisit again.

"Una vez nada mas.." Wish i could say that, but i had it multiple times. Near the end of the trip, the $3.50USD sixers were too tempting. Im not sure what happened with this beer, but it was not your typical Plager, it was a little nasty to say the least. poured a straw yellow colour, with an aroma that smelled foul, dirty sort of liked canned gas. taste wasn't all that pleasent either, but it went down regardless. even if it was a little rough.

NOt bad but it is absolutely water. MOst flavour features are of hops which seems to be the main ingredient in Mexican breweries. It has too much publicity but poor quality in taste.

This is not the worst Mexican beer out there, not even close, but unfortunately that doesn't mean much. At least its offbeat, but not off the beaten path. Some malt and citrus (even without a lime) but it got ugly, very ugly towards the end. Eh, whatever.

Tasting a Estrella requires bravery. Altough it is very alike a Corona in respect to mothfeel, appearance and taste, it is not as good and the aroma is not better. Goes fine with fish and quenches your thirst.
