A locally inspired and styled Kolsch from inside our Krater Rim here in Lyttelton. Pure Canterbury grown Ale and Wheat malts giving pale golden hues and light malt tones. Quality NZ hops asserting themselves with Southern Cross driving a crisp dry bitterness and a touch of Wakatu finishing off the fresh flavour.
