Pours a clearer than expected (somewhere between) ruby red and pink, like beet pee, but carbonated :) Pretty funky, with a little red wine like quality and fruitiness, ample acidity, and of course, some beet flavor to make it unique (and I thought) tasty. Polarizing in our group, but I dug it. Glad i bought it once. It was fun in a group, but I won;t drop $15 again.
