I was inspired to create this Belgian-style Trippel after my recent trip to Belgium. After drinking many different styles like Westmalle, Affligem, and my favorite, Brugge Trippel, I was determined to create one of my own using bits and pieces of each beer I tried. What was born was a delightfully spicy, incredibly complex, yet drinkable beer that I am proud to call Emmett’s Trippel. – Ryan M. Clooney
