A chip of the old block. A touch darker and drier than his old man, Son of Wout is a Belgian-style ale of slight sourness and medium strength. Brewed with organic pale and Munich malts, with Cara-Vienne and Biscuit, bittered with UK Fuggles and soured with lactobacillus, Son of Wout carries on the tradition of multiple yeasts and micro-organisms.
