Seventeen is an Ale brewed in honor of our 17th year of brewing. We aged 17 on toasted American Oak for 3 months. It’s lite brown in color, with sweet malty flavors that fade into hints of pear and green bananas that give way to vanillia and a dry oaky finish.

Had on draft @ the Ellicottville brewpub in Ellicottville, NY .. . light wood, oak, and vanilla .. . good definition .. playful and damned unique, very tasty, especially for a brewpub! .. . . i can't abide mucky paint!
