Yo Winter Brew is our Winter warmer. Yo is short for the nickname given to the Aztec God Xipe Totec. His nickname was Yohuallahunatzin relating to his proclivity toward Aztec beer consumption. He was also called Yoalli Tlauana meaning night drinker. The brewers of Yo could easily have this nickname too.

Got to try an '07 and an '08.. . similar but the '08 was a touch better.. . fruit and bread crust with some molasses.. the '07 is starting to show a little oxidation .. . good stuff, thanks ms ray .. . If Janey wants to be a rug-muncher, that's her decision..
