Adler is the German word for Eagle. Also German are the generous helping of Spalt Hops, which are complimented by Czech Saaz. Both are noble hop varieties which are more often found in lagers. Canterbury ale malt and an English ale yeast adds the difference. Prost, Cheers, Na zdravi.
