Premium Duggish. Black Currant is a sour beer fermented with black currants. To give the beer its sour taste we add lactobacillus to the mix. A beer within the New Nordic Beer Project, brewed with only Nordic ingredients.

Pours reddish wood brown with a thin but acceptable buff head. Aroma delivers a strong note of currant with yeasty and malty underpinnings. Fruity flavor is almost more wine-like than beer-like, tart with hints of yeast. Mouthfeel is thin but lively. Gotta love them Swedes!
