Pours clear topaz with a thick buff head. Aroma starts with sweet and slightly tart peach, and adds tangy citrus and resiny hops as you close in. Flavor provides fresh peach, sweet and a little tart plus piney hops with sharp but not overwhelming bitterness and some zesty orange and grapefruit. Texture yields good body and peppy fizz. Speak of the pompatus of craft beer.
