Open slowly - I'm not used to the environment up here as I have been sitting on the Atlantic sea bed off Cape Point for most of my life. I love it down there because it is dark, cold and there is continuous ocean motion which helped me in my secondary fermentation. I am a classic Belgian-style Triple and some say I taste like hints of banana and citrus. You can enjoy me right away or put me in a dark, cold spot for many more years to come! I am the first of Drifter's limited-edition ocean aged beers and next year you can meet my friends as well!

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thick eggshell head. Aroma offers up fruity and fresh malt notes. Flavor delivers strong malty and fruity and subtle hoppy and yeasty tones. Mouthfeel gives up firm body and peppy, sassy fizz. The story alone makes it worthy.
