This Sour à la Mode was loaded up with peach and then we added cinnamon, nutmeg, lactose, brown sugar, and vanilla bean. The tartness we get from the souring process really brings out some flavors in a different way

Pours opaque apricot with a thick and fairly persistent papaya head. Aroma features sweet and juicy peach and a hint of malt. Flavor yields sweet, fresh peach that could have been picked minutes ago, some spice, just a little tartness and a bit of raw malt. Sweetness definitely has a lactose component. Texture produces nice body and peppy fizz. Make your slang peachy.
