Drakonic is on the mellower side for an imperial stout, and this is no exception. Near black pour with light mocha head. Aroma more stout than wine though it opens up to be a nice blend of tart berries and chocolate and roasted cofee. Body and flavor super smooth as expected, very obviously wine barreled, but the berry sweetness and light twang play nice with the malty brew. Not quite elite, but pretty damn good.
