Pours somewhat hazy caramel with a thick, if not long-lasting, ivory head. Aroma features dusty malt, woody and tart fruit notes. Flavor delivers tart pomme with a hint of cherry, woody, malty, subtle citrus tones. Texture yields fair body and perky fizz. Get feisty!
