As the winter cold starts to ebb, if you're lucky, you'll see the spring buck appear, the beginnings of its antlers barely visible. Our limited edition is a special find, too; a Belgian style Blonde Ale flavored with honey and hints of chamomile and orange. The wheat malt gives it the crispness of an early spring day, and we think you'll find it every bit as enjoyable. Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a typical clear amber with a thick but not persistent white head. Does have a little carbonation in it. Aroma is not strong but has good malty/wheaty crispness and just a touch of honey sweetness. Flavor is quite strong and satisfying, making up for the wan aroma - not complex, but mouth-filling, wheaty and crisp with just a hint of hop bitterness and whispers of honey and citrus. Texture is quite fizzy and lively.
