Our Irish Red Ale is characterized by its red hue and a toffee-like caramel malt profile that carries just the right sweetness. A small charge of roasted barley & a healthy helping of NL grown beet, is responsible for the style’s signature ruby color as well as a pleasingly dry finish that makes it all too easy to drink this style in quantity. Hops are understated with just enough of bittering addition to balance the malt.
