Smooth, sweet, fruity wine on the palette with a hint of Belgian esters. This melds with subtle vanilla from the oak and has a dry warmth on the finish. Pours clear gold with a fair parchment head. Aroma is not strong but promises butterscotch and stonefruit. Flavor yields butterscotch, toasted malt, stonefruit and slight honey and hoppy tones. Texture presents firm smooth body and peppy fizz. Enter the 4th Dimension.
