Wild Wild Brett Yellow is fermented entirely with Brettanomyces yeast and was inspired by the savory sweet combinations found in Southern Indian cuisine by incorporating turmeric, mango coriander and spices. Yellow pours a golden hue delivering tropical fruit aromas with earthy citrus flavors and a dry tart finish.

750ml bottle - batch 12/2011, bottle 762 / 1488. Pours hazy yellow gold with a smallish creamy white head that quickly diminishes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is tart acidic tropical fruits and brett with some bready malts and corriander and Indian spices.
The flavor is tart acidic tropical fruits and some almost minty brett with a dry spicy (pepper, others) and bitter finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, an interesting beer, but probably my least favorite WWB so far.
