Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
750ml bottle - batch 8/11, bottle 391/1125. Lots of carbonation - open carefully. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a huge fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is bready malts with lots of orange rind and brett and some floral earthy notes.
The flavor is milder than expected. Sweet tart oranges and some acidic funky brett. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly sharp carbonation and is slightly watery.
Overall, I really like this one. It's milder than expected, but is well balanced. I really like how the orange and brett go together.
