Aged 18 month in a 700 gallon French Oak Wine Tank and Whiskey Barrels. Has the tart character from the Flanders Red. Lots of Funky wood flavors and aroma from 18 months barrel storage, all rounded out with tannic juicy action from the plum skins.

This wild sour ale pours a light red amber color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, plums and tart. Nice lingering funkiness. Nice carbonation. Interesting combination of flavors, the plum flavors are mild but very nice. Crisp and clean. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart and funky.
