Belgian blonde style ale aged with fresh raspberries and blended to perfection with brettanomyces and lactobacillus in French oak barrels. Then blended again with a Belgian style brown ale and cellar aged for another six months. Need we say more?

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
750 ml bottle, July 2013 bottle release. Pours hazy golden amber with ruby highlights. The head is huge and very fizzy, but retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet and tart raspberries with some oakey vanilla and a little funky brett.
The flavor is sweet sugary raspberries with a little sour tartness and some funk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation and is a bit watery.
Overall, an OK interesting sour.
