The beer pours a hazed golden colour with a weak thin head which doesn’t last very long, a few seconds at most. The aroma was tart fruit, cereal grains, and yeast. The mouthfeel was thin bodied, and carbonation was on the weak side. The flavour is light grains, light cream, and tart cherries with a light bitter finish. I enjoyed the flavour.
