Sour Ale w/ Blueberries, Lemon Zest, Lactose, Vanilla, Almond & Cinnamon brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Fairweather Brewing. This beer is absolutely jam packed full of blueberries and lemon zest with a substantial addition of lactose to really boost that mouthfeel. We also added small amounts of vanilla, almond and cinnamon to to drive in a subtle baked good quality. The result is a lightly tart ale that drinks almost like liquid blueberry pie. We had a blast brewing this beer with Fairweather and are pumped with how it came out
