The Cottonwood “Lift Your Kilt” Scottish Ale has been a tradition in the hills of Carolina for ten years- the Scottish Ale that is, (we aren’t sure about the kilt.) Based on an authentic Scottish recipe, this is a lightly hopped, malty, and naturally sweet ale rich copper in color. Lift Your Kilt finishes smooth with just a hint of smoked malt. Cottonwood Ales have been a sponsor of the Highland Games in Huntersville, NC for seven years.
