This strong Scottish ale is brewed with malt imported from England. English pale malt, munich malt, caramel malt and roasted barley give this beer its deep amber color. Traditional English hops are also used in the recipe. The beer is full bodied and rich with a hint of smokiness, sure to warm you up on a cold winters evening.

Sampled on draft at Cool Springs. Pour clear dark brown with a very thin head. Sweet cocoa aroma. Balanced with a chocolate, toffee and caramel malt flavor. Clean finish. Medium bodied and smooth. Solid Scottish.
