Our flagship beer! This deep golden beer is a blend of two beers and three fermentations (the last of which is in the bottle or keg). The flavor is a mixture of sweetness with some fruity undertones, spiciness and a light underlying bitterness. Meanwhile, the Rapscallion “pokal”, our custom glass, brings exotic aromatics to the forefront, enticing you to another sip. We strove to make our beloved Premier one of the tastiest golden beers around and we believe that whether you’re a connoisseur or a curious spirit you’ll agree.

Pours with a deep golden body with a slight amber accent topped by a medium thick foamy white head with good lacing. Slighlty sweet and fruity (raspberries?) aroma. Slightly sweet yeasty flavor with a slight malt character and a touch of hops. Light to medium bodied and smooth. Not really impressed with this beer at all.
