Enjoyed on tap at the brewery on my first visit, first experience from them. Hazy amber colour with golden highlights, a small white cap and minimal lacing. Hay nose (hints of farm smell) with the biscuit notes and a caramel base. The taste is better balanced with the caramel malts and a nice bitter hoppy finish. Dry mouthfeel. A stronger alcohol content bitter with more hops as well. Very drinkable and lovely charming place.
