This American mild is a very rare beer with a smooth, light taste starting with a nutty roasted nose and finishing with a subtle bitterness. In the glass, the appearance has a slight haze giving a rustic character to this fine unfiltered beer. The Mild is named after the volcanic rock, el Modena, found only in the Orange Hills, due to its earth quality.
