Rated Aug. 2010. Pours up deep dark murky mahogany with low carbonation short lived mocha like head. The aroma has notes of wood, sweet booze, cherries, plums, raisins, molasses and more boozy heat at the end of the draw. The taste brings up sweet bourbon like booze, wood, a good slug of vanilla and rich dark fruitiness. It ends a bit drying with wood, booze and a bit of roasty malts as well as lingering vanilla and dark fruitiness.
