Rated in Feb. 2011. Poured up on tap at Mark’s amazing Mr. Beery’s CCB Total Tap Takeover. It has a hazy copper body with gold hues and thin off white head. The aroma is full and bold with spicy yeast, vinegar, berry and plum nectar as well as faint dank moldy tangerines. The taste is fresh and bright and dryingly tart with berry and plum fruity sweetness too. It then picks up firm vinegar and tartness rimmed with soured citrus and yeasty spiciness. This is light and refreshing with boat loads of interesting flavors.
