On tap at Brass Tap courtesy of THE Gillard. Thanks Ryan. It pours up deep gold with white head. The aroma is spicy wood at first and as it warms a pepperiness grows and is supported by notes of sweet malts and smooth sweet corn. The taste is thick and chewy bringing up smooth blended grains, malt infused sweet creamed corn and then mildly spicy cedar. It seems to get a bit too spicy and almost peppery after half a pint.
