Rated in Aug. 2009. Draft at CCB BA Big Sound release party. Very much Bolita with a smooth balanced addition of coconut. It poured deep dark, nearly brackish, brown with dark tan head. The aroma is sweet with molasses, roastiness, sweet nuttiness and a thick layer of coconut. The taste is big with sweet nuttiness, some rich malt roastiness, some caramel and a tasty addition of coconut. It comes off smooth and near velvety in body. The coconut is a very nice addition to this flavor and aromatic profile.
