A perfect marriage of beer and wine: Belgian Tripel, and their wine counterpart, Chardonnay, exhibiting similarities in appearance, aroma & flavor. And, what better way to show off these characteristics than to age out Triple in Chardonnay Oak Casks? Subtly spiced upfront with the addition of orange peal and coriander in the boil, and with pleasant tannin & oak in the middle, this Triple finishes smooth and dry with hints of lemon, vanilla & spice. Enjoy at 45F. Pairs well with Shrimp, Scampi, grilled Swordfish or fine cheeses.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

Pours clear topaz with a thick and fairly persistent frothy porcelain head. Aroma delivers white wine, fresh malt, and a hint of - is that butterscotch? White wine dominates the flavor but gladly shares the stage with malty and fruity-sweet notes plus a hint of evergreen hops. Mouthfeel presents peppy fizz and decent body. Tripel your pleasure, tripel your fun!
