Bière jaune troublée par les protéines de blé et la levure. Nez marqué d’agrumes et de levure. L’attaque en bouche est légèrement sucrée et laisse tranquillement sa place à une valse d'amertume et de légère acidité. Des effluves de champagne nous hantent en rétro-olfaction. Bière seche malgré son taux d'alchool élevé (haute densité initiale).

This beer has not been brewed for about 5 years - but bottles dating from 2002 can still be found in and around Montreal. I enjoyed this beer immensely whenever I tried it. A hazy golden-orange in colour with a soicy bouquet backed up by yeast. The flavour was mildly sweet and spicy with peppery and lemon hints dominating the yeasty flavour. A great beer in it's time.
