A new hop on the market, Triumph lends a soft, fleshy fruit aroma of ripe peach tea and apricot and a touch of Bazooka pink bubble gum. We utilized a new GMO yeast that can create lactic acid during fermentation, giving this high gravity beer a touch of acidity but not a puckering sourness. Then we dry hopped with another dose of Triumph post fermentation for a punch of aromatics. The result is an undetectable 8.6% ABV and a very enjoyable and easy drinker. We don't really know WTH to call this beer so just tell us if you like it or not!!
