This peach variety is always one of the last peach varieties to be harvested in Palisade, Colorado. It has less acidity than other peaches in my opinion. This blend proves my hypothesis for sure. Medium acidity, intense peach, full bodied. This is a very small blend and is exactly up the alley for any #teamfruit members

Pours translucent pear with a thin eggshell head. Aroma generates tart stonefruit & pomme. Flavor supplies tart & sour stonefruit and pomme. Texture presents decent fizz & body. Oh Henry, what a nice one.
