We took a Preserves peach batch, added a crazy amount of whole, fresh vanilla and then topped it off with whole cinnamon at just the right amount. Having never used cinnamon before, we intentionally used it very sparsely. The vanilla adds plenty of perceived sweetness along with the peach and hint of spice. We'll be exploring cinnamon in future blends for sure

Pours translucent apricot with a thin eggshell head. Aroma yields tangy and tart citrus and stonefruit plus vanilla. Flavor brings tart grapefruit, zesty stonefruit, subtle vanilla. Texture offers nice body and peppy fizz. Do the funky blender.
