This small beer combines Fuggle, Golding and Crystal hops with Wyeast Scottish Ale yeast and English floor-malted Pale, Munich, Chocolate, Amber and black malts into a balanced session ale. Bready toffee and caramel malt flavor blend with spicy hops and a little bite from the yeast. A lovely little beer.

Had this at the Raccoon Lodge. Nice dark amber color with contrasting white head and ample lacing. Malt and toffee aroma. Light medium body and very smooth. Roasted malt flavor with light hops, but a funny bitterness in the finish that turned me off! Not sure if that was the hops or the tap.
